Maria Juarez / Administrative Executive
I am María Juarez, born and raised in Mexico until the age of 11. I grew up alongside my mother and siblings, whose hard work and dedication opened doors to new opportunities for me. Thanks to them, I came to the United States, and since then, California has become my home—a place where I’ve built dreams and goals. I have always believed that one should find a way to achieve what they want, with dedication, hard work, and respect. This conviction has guided me with every step I take.
Inspired by my hardworking family, from a young age, I felt the drive to better myself and accomplish something significant. I have never believed in the concept of “it can’t be done”; on the contrary, I’m convinced that anything is possible. I wholeheartedly embrace the mentality of “find a way to make it happen.” These words are a part of my daily life and have become part of who I am. With the support of my older brother, whom I consider a father figure, I began my studies in California. Over time, I was accepted into the UC Berkeley, where I studied Chemistry, and later I transferred to the UCSF to study dentistry. Thanks to the immense support of my mother, who has been my right hand and the manager of our home and taking into account that my husband has been a key player by never limiting me—quite the opposite, he helps me take flight with every goal, no matter how crazy it may seem or how scary it can sound.
In 2020, during the pandemic, I ventured into the business world. I was quickly captivated by it, and there I discovered my true passion: Creating a Legacy. Today, with more knowledge and a passion for what I do, I am part of Insul-Techs, Inc., a company I consider a second home. Alongside Luis Ramos and Cristobal Rodriguez, I have helped take the company to the next level, creating projects and reaching goals that once seemed like mere dreams. Insul-Techs is more than a company; it is the reflection of a dream.
Outside of my professional life, I am happily married to a wonderful man. I am the mother of two beautiful children who are my greatest pride and reason for living, as well as my inspiration to become better every day. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, reading, taking personal development classes, and traveling. I am passionate about spirituality and holistic living, and I am currently studying Hypnotherapy at the University of San Diego.
This is who I am—always authentic, eager to grow, and striving to create a better future for my family. I firmly believe that happiness is built by working on becoming a better version of oneself day by day, and that everything done with heart brings magical results. I want my children to grow up knowing they can achieve whatever they set their minds to and that true satisfaction comes from within.
