Luis Ramos / CEO
Luis was born in Mexico City and moved to the United States with his family when he was 12 years old. Raised by parents who emphasized the importance of values and hard work. He graduated from high school and is married with four children. Luis worked for an insulation company for 20 years, opened his own Corporation business in 2016, and he’s looking forward to helping the Community by creating jobs and supporting millions of families in the US and internationally.
Luis is the CEO of Insul Techs, a company that works on the installation of building insulation thermal and acoustic residential and commercial, from traditional batting insulation to state-of-the-art Spray Foam Insulation.
Luis is the embodiment of hard work, humbleness, ambition, and a commitment to community growth. With a sharp business acumen and a compassionate heart, Luis has not only created a name in the insulation sector but also created job opportunities for his community. Luis commitment to his community is at the core of his business philosophy. He firmly believes that a successful business should be a force for good in society.
In 2023 he graduated from Stanford Business Scaling Program, with Latino Business Action Network (LBAN). At first it was just a push from his coach, time after he realized the importance of all the knowledge and connections this program gave him, reassuring his thoughts and exposing his business to major growth.
